Serve carrot foods and drinks, work hard to keep the lights from fading! Your bunny restaurant awaits your skiled paws.

Slip into the role of the waiter at Chez Lapin, the restaurant run by bunnies, made for bunnies. The customers are ever-hungry and want to taste your famous carrot soup or even your special rainbow carrot!

Move: WASD / ZQSD
Interact: E / F / space
Sprint: Shift

Customers will enter your shop and demand constant attention. They will place orders, want their dishes cleaned or might wait for free restrooms to ~~take a dump~~ replenish your energy reserves. Yes, your restaurant runs wholly on biofuel provided by your fellow customers in addition to some money for your services with which you can buy upgrades for the place you run.

This project is part of the Rabbit Jam 2025, a small 4 day game jam. The game theme "Fading Light" is included by the constant fight to replenish the light reserves and the gimmick "Carrot" is not only in our meals. The whole soundtrack of Chez Lapin is made out of sampled carrot sounds: Snaps, shakes, knocks, even a trombone and a panflute made out of carrots. If you can't believe it: Here is a picture of said trombone.

Lots of carrots have been hurt in the making of this game... they have been taken care of.

WIN CONDITION:
You win when getting all the upgrades. Though the game just goes endlessly on for even more fun!
